Family Clarity brings the event and the responsibility together, from the first request to the next change of plan.
In the private test: These are the core coordination features. Public beta access and store downloads are not open yet.
Separate pickup and drop-off
Ask one adult to take drop-off and another to handle pickup. An unassigned ride stays visibly different from a request waiting for an answer.
A clear yes, no, or request
Accept, decline, or request a change, with an optional note. An assigned name alone never means the person has agreed.
Changes that need a fresh answer
Change the time or address and assigned responsibilities return to pending. Reassignment keeps earlier responses in the event’s history.
Children included, login optional
Create a child profile for event participation. Optional child accounts can see the shared agenda and respond to their own responsibilities.
A private family space
Invite adults with expiring, single-use codes. Family roles determine who can manage events and members. The app does not continuously track location.
A change of plan
“Can you do 5:00 instead?”
The event is updated. Assigned adults see a pending responsibility for the new details and respond again. If someone can’t make it, another adult can reassign the ride.
A cancelled practice
The cancellation stays visible.
Cancelled events remain in the plan’s history and stop accepting responses. For an urgent change, contact the other adult directly too.

Calendar connections
Google Calendar, Outlook, and device-calendar coverage are being developed. Import, export, and sharing are not yet a public feature.
Recurring events & push alerts
Don’t rely on automatic recurring plans or push delivery today. The current coordination flow keeps requests and updates inside the app.
A little less “who’s got pickup?”
Get ready for beta with an early-access account. The mobile app is currently in private testing.
