Terms of service

A pre-launch outline of the subjects the final Family App terms must address.

Draft notice

This outline is not a customer agreement. It must be completed and reviewed with the company identity, governing law, eligibility, billing model, support terms, and launch regions before public use.

Using the service

The final terms will define account eligibility, accurate account information, family invitation responsibilities, acceptable use, and the customer’s responsibility for activity under their account.

Family coordination

Family App helps people record and communicate plans. Customers remain responsible for confirming real-world arrangements and acting safely. The service should not be presented as an emergency, transportation, childcare, or location-monitoring service.

Customer content

The final terms will address ownership and permission to process information entered into the service, including information about family members and children.

Availability and changes

Prototype and beta services may change and may be interrupted. Production commitments, support expectations, and any service-level terms must be stated accurately when they exist.

Ending use

The final terms will explain account suspension, family departure, termination, deletion, and the treatment of shared family records.

Legal terms

Warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute terms, governing law, and required consumer protections must be prepared for the actual operating company and launch locations.
