Early-access registration

Registration creates a real account using your email and password. Confirm your email to finish setup. Each adult should use their own account and keep sign-in details private.

An account does not guarantee a beta invitation, a launch date, or access to a mobile build. Private-test installation instructions are provided separately. The product may change as development continues.

What the product does

Family Clarity helps families record events, assign responsibility, and respond to a plan. An accepted assignment records a person’s response; it is not proof that a pickup or other real-world action has happened.

The app is not an emergency service, a transportation provider, or a continuous location monitor. For urgent changes or safety concerns, contact the responsible person directly and use appropriate real-world services.

Shared family information

Only add information you are entitled to share with the family. Members with account access, including child accounts, can see the shared agenda. Keep invitation codes private and verify the intended recipient before sharing them.

The final terms will describe permissions to process customer content, acceptable use, family-member responsibilities, and account-security obligations.

Price and subscriptions

Early-access registration does not request payment or begin a paid subscription. Pricing and any future paid features have not been announced. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be provided before paid access is offered.

Availability during development

Mobile access is limited to invited testing. Features may be incomplete or unavailable, and delivery of updates between devices is still being validated. A saved offline view may be out of date, and a pending change is not confirmation that it reached the family. Notifications are not guaranteed.

We have not published uptime commitments or guaranteed support response times. Check app availability and service information for the current stage.

Leaving and account data

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete an account. Global account deletion, retention, and export rules remain unfinished. Read the current deletion information before registering.

Details still to be finalized

The production agreement needs approved eligibility and age requirements, launch regions, governing law, consumer rights, content permissions, suspension and termination rules, and the treatment of liability and disputes. This draft does not settle those decisions.
