Each adult uses their own account. In the mobile app, verify your phone, then create a family or join with the owner’s invitation code. Add a child profile without requiring a child login.

Put the whole plan in the event
Add Leia’s swimming, the start and end times, the pool address, and the reminder to bring a towel. Select Leia as the participant so everyone knows who the plan is for.
Ask the right person for each ride
Assign Mom to drop-off and James to pickup. Each request starts as pending. You can also leave a responsibility unassigned until you know who can help.
Get an answer everyone can see
The assigned adult accepts, declines, or requests a change. An accepted responsibility means they agreed to the current plan. If the time or address changes, ask them to confirm again.
