Create an adult account
- Choose Get early access on the website and create your account. Enter your display name, your own email address, and a password of at least eight characters.
- Read and acknowledge the pre-launch terms and draft privacy information, confirm your password, and submit the form.
- Open the confirmation email and follow its link. You can then sign in to your account.
Use a separate account for each adult. Your website and mobile sign-in use the same email and password. An account does not automatically grant access to the private mobile test.
Continue in the mobile app
- If you have been invited to testing, install the build using the instructions provided with your invitation.
- Sign in with the same adult account. Follow the prompts to verify a mobile number you control.
- Enter the six-digit SMS code in the app. Keep verification codes private.
The website shows your account and verification status. Creating families, joining families, and coordinating events happen in the mobile app.
Create or join a family
- After verification, choose Create a new family or Join with a code.
- To create a family, enter its name and confirm. You become that family’s owner and can invite another adult.
- To join, enter the invitation code shared by the family owner and accept the invitation.
If you are joining someone else’s family, ask them for a code before creating a separate family. Family membership is separate from website staff access.
