Sign in with your adult account
Use the email and password you chose when signing up. The same account works on the website and in the mobile app. If the mobile app asks you to verify your phone, complete that step before setting up your family.
Adult phone verification confirms your number. It does not replace your email/password sign-in or require an SMS at every login.
If your confirmation email is missing
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address you used to sign up.
- Use the latest confirmation email and open its link only once.
- If the link fails, try signing in to check whether your email is already confirmed.
- Private testers who remain blocked should contact their test coordinator. Avoid creating duplicate accounts to work around an email problem.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open Log in on the website and choose Forgot password.
- Enter your account email and request a recovery email.
- Open the recovery link, enter and confirm your new password, and save it.
- Use the new password next time you sign in.
If the recovery link has expired, request a fresh one. Do not share recovery links, passwords, or verification codes with anyone, including support.
If an SMS code does not arrive
To replace an adult phone number in the mobile app, open Profile → Account settings → Mobile phone and verify the new number.
- Check the number and country code before requesting another message.
- Allow time for delivery and use the latest code you received.
- If you see a rate-limit message, wait before trying again.
- Ask your test coordinator for help if verification remains unavailable in your private test.
